It started as a place built around memorable games, nostalgia, and the experiences that stay with us long after we stop playing. Over time, however, it became clear that the idea could grow into something broader.

Rather than simply continuing GamesMemo under the same name, the project gradually evolved into NoAutoSave.

NoAutoSave keeps the same interest in memorable games, but expands the focus beyond nostalgia. The community is also a place to discuss game design, meaningful choices, hardware, consoles, preservation, multiplayer, and the wider culture surrounding games.

The name may have changed, and the site itself has been rebuilt, but the original idea has not disappeared. It has simply been refined.

GamesMEMO was the starting point. NoAutoSave is where the project goes next.

The goal is to build a thoughtful, welcoming community for people who enjoy discussing not only what they play, but why certain games, systems, and experiences remain memorable.
